I had a nice lil parkin recipe post planned for you today but after baking some this afternoon I took it out of the oven and left it to cool on the side and went off to the garage to paint some chairs (before taking a pic I might add) and came back to this...
When I asked hubby if he had forgotten where the knives were kept and why he didn't neatly cut off slices like any normal person he replied that the edges were nice and crispy and really kinda moreish...
